The Christian Bill of Liberty
Written by Josiah McIntyre
1. Born again Christians should never enforce Christian Nationalism on any current citizen, nor enforce potential citizens coming into the United States of America to conform to Christianity as it is not lawful according to what is written in the Holy Scriptures. Each individual of the United States should be allowed to believe what they want to believe. As God gave man free will in the garden of Eden, so must man be given the free will to choose whether to serve, trust and believe in God or not. All witnessing, teaching, and evangelizing should be done with the inspiration of God through the Holy Spirit.
2. Anyone who claims the title “Christian” should never use their faith as a political tool to harass non-believers into submitting to a “Christian State”.
3. The Holy Scriptures are the inspired Word of God. The Bible instructs, encourages and inspires people on how to live and forge their relationship with God. The Scriptures should never be used for the following: malicious, self-righteous, vengeful, vindictive, manipulative, resentful agendas used by political parties, commentators, institutional educators and any influencers to sway the will of the people to their preferred narrative.
4. All Christians should be led by God through the Holy Spirit. True relationship with God will include prayer, scripture reading and reverential humility and joyful gratitude and not by one’s own preferred narrative or agenda.
5. Racism is not biblical as God has made every human being equal in His sight. Real Christians love every human soul, not just the ones that share the same skin color as them.
6. Sexism is not biblical because God made man and women equal before Him. Men and women have different roles in marriage, parenting, and church according to the Bible but are equal in the sight of God.
7. Christians should never bully or harass a member of the LBGTQ+ community. Though the Bible is very clear what they do is wrong, we are to instruct people through love, compassion, empathy and encouragement, not vindictive intolerance. True born-again believers show truth through the inspiration from the Holy Spirit as well as the Holy Scriptures, not political belligerence.
8. Illegal immigrants need to be treated with as much respect as the natural citizen of that respective country. It is our duty to uphold the Words of the Scriptures to reflect our faith in Jesus Christ and show compassion to the foreigner. As God instructed the nation of Israel in Exodus 22:21 “You shall neither mistreat a stranger nor oppress him, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.” So too must the Christian show kindness to the foreigner in every land. All Christians should be directed by God through the Holy Spirit as well as the Holy Bible to humbly encourage others to show Christlike love to all. Earthly governments, politicians and bureaucrats should never dictate your love towards other people.
9. No born-again Christian should exploit people to give excessive amounts of monetary compensation for their time. All Christians should take what they need according to the will of the God through the Holy Spirit. Christians should never abuse their position of power on earth. They are to be servants and priests for the King of kings and Lord of lords.
10. God is the ultimate Judge and is coming back to rule one day and it is our current responsibility to grow closer to God and to follow what is written in the Holy Scriptures as closely as possible.
